DE PROJECT RESIDENCE is a self-serviced, fully furnished apartment in the heart of Ibadan. Our property consists of four units of four-bedroom duplexes, Two Units of two-bedroom apartments, two units of one-bedroom apartments, and one unit of two-bedroom Duplexes.

Facilities include air-conditioned accommodation units with two spacious living rooms furnished with smart flat screen TV, with free super fast WIFI internet connectivity and cable TV access. fridge, dining area for 4 people, ensuite bathroom in each room, a fully equipped kitchen where guests can enjoy cooking their own meals and a private balcony to the front and back of each apartment.
